The real estate market has changed dramatically since 2017...it's mid-2018 and we went from what felt like 10 buyers  for every home to 10 homes for every buyer.
 
The market is out of our control...there's nothing we can do to increase sales activity in the market...
 
the only thing you can control however is how much of the market share you control. Out of the 6000 to 8000 sales in any given month, how many ends are you on?
 
What lead generation techniques are you using right now?
 
We will going forward go through all the different lead generation techniques and give you my opinion on them...I've tried many of them and can give you my take...for those that I haven't tried, I know agents who have and will give you their take.
